Windows 10 Driver Import Fails in ConfigMgr 2012 R2 SP1

There is a bug in the ConfigMgr 2012 R2 SP1 release in terms of driver import: You cannot import Windows 10 drivers.

Update August 5, 2015: This issue is now fixed in CU1 for ConfigMgr 2012 R2 SP1: http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3074857 

Note: The driver duplicate (driver package bloating) issue introduced in ConfigMgr 2012 R2 SP1 is fixed in KB3084586 (requires CU1): http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3084586

Research

When importing a Windows 10 driver without the CU1 hotfix you get the following error :

Some driver(s) can not be imported because they are not applicable to any supported platforms. See DriverCatalog.log file for details.

This is the new INF file changes that seems to throw ConfigMgr 2012 R2 SP1 off.
