Microsoft MVP for another year

Yesterday, the April fools day, marked the 11th Microsoft MVP award for me. I’m very proud to be part of the MVP community, and always, I stand humbly before all the men and women spending time — most often their spare time — helping out others.

During these 11 years I have moved around through various MVP groups (called expertise areas) as my work focus have changed. I started back in 2005 with Setup and Deployment, then in 2010 I moved to Enterprise Client Management (ConfigMgr), and last year to my current group: System Center Cloud and Datacenter Management. The latter one fitting well into what I do most at the moment, which is deployment, management and automation (PowerShell).

Get on Twitter

And speaking of deployment, management and automation: I highly recommend you to get on twitter, and not only follow me (@jarwidmark) , but also check the people I follow. I try to follow the people I know are very skilled in these (and some other) areas, and Twitter is just a superior way to get fast updates about what’s going on.
